Leaves, limbs, overgrowth, and the trash that collects along fence lines cleared out and hauled off so the property gets a full reset.

What a finished job looks like
"Done" is not when the mower shuts off. It is when the property looks like somebody took care of it.
- Trimmed to a clean line. Beds, walks, and drives get trimmed out properly, not left rough.
- Hard surfaces blown off. No clippings left on the walk, the drive, or the porch.
- Debris and trash hauled off. What we cut and clear leaves with us, not piled at the curb.
- The price you were quoted. Any extra fees the property calls for get talked about up front, not tacked on after the fact.
- A straight answer. Full tree removal, sod installation, sprinkler installation, and weed spraying are not work we take on, and we will tell you that instead of guessing at it.

Same standard year round, different work depending on the season. Tell us what you are dealing with right now and we will start there.
Spring
Flower bed rejuvenation helps reset the property after winter and prepare the beds for the growing season.
Summer
Full mowing service bundled into one quoted price on a weekly, every other week, or monthly schedule, plus hedge trimming to keep the growth off the house.
Fall
Leaf cleanup and hedge trimming. Leaves come off the lawn and out of the beds, hedges get shaped back, and the debris and trash leave with us.
Winter
Snow removal and leaf cleanup are available through the colder months, subject to schedule and property conditions.

08 About Perry Landscaping
A family name, and a standard behind it
After leaving college, the owner joined the military in December 2012. He trained in radio communications and computer system installations, then served in Afghanistan from 2017 to 2018. That work rewarded the same things landscaping does: show up when you say you will, take care of the equipment, and finish what you start.
After years of working for companies where he felt like a number, he started Perry Landscaping in April 2021. He wanted to put the family name on a business he could be proud of and stand behind every job. Eight years of landscaping experience go into the work, and the person you talk to is the person doing it.
The service motto is simple: "If you're happy, we're happy."
